The HTC EVO 4G will be getting updated with the Android 2.2 this weekend. According to Engadget, the HTC EVO 4G will get the Android 2.2 update soon this weekend. The HTC EVO 4G will be getting a whole bunch of improvised features which the Android 2.2 does on the firmware.
The Android 2.2 comes with a lots of improved features for the HTC EVO 4G which is likely to be rolled out in the beginning of August. The Android 2.2 makes a good impact in improving the features of the HTC EVO 4G with the change in the phone’s software.
The changes that the Android 2.2 comes with are, improved 720p video recording, Flash 10.1 support, 4-point orientation rotation, alpha-numeric pins for device unlock, and enables the feature of using the LED-flash as a flashlight. Stay tuned for more updates.

HTC Evo 4G Error Fixed: HTC Evo 4G Update: Yesterday we posted on the error with the HTC Evo 4G SD cards and we expected that HTC and Sprint would come up with the solution very soon. Here comes a news that the fix for the error of the HTC Evo 4G SD cards is now available. The HTC Evo 4G users have reported that the problem arises when the users try to save the camera photos to the SD storage which leads to an error saying “insufficient permissions”.
9computerstore.com reported that the HTC Evo 4G is now fixed as the HTC Evo 4G SD cards issue was due to the SD Card run in low power mode. The users will have to choose the option to complete the software update which will resolve the issue. The update can be done with Settings > System Updates > HTC software update with the rest of the updating steps.
The HTC Evo 4G users can now take a deep breath and relax as the fix for the HTC Evo 4G error with the SD card is now available.

HTC Evo 4G Problem with SD Cards: Fix from HTC Coming Soon: Today is June 4th and the retail store will be starting the sales from today with a huge demand for this HTC and Spring product. The HTC Evo 4G has been reported with a problem with the SD cards. The users have reported that the problem arrives when the users try to store the camera photos on the SD storage, which leads to an error message, “insufficient permissions.”
The HTC Spokesperson Keith Nowak acknowledged the issue and now it is said that HTC has caught the problem and they would be coming up with the fix very soon. The HTC Evo 4G is up for the sales from the retail stores and this should not be the reason to affect the sales of HTC Evo 4G.
