Apple, the Cupertino California Giant has strike the world with its record breaking first quarter earnings that has increased more than 117 percent to $13.06 billion, or $13.87 per diluted share and these earnings can as well be known as Apple’s best quarter results in its history.
On the other hand, Apple’s fiscal Q1 earnings have rocked with the sales of its iPads and Macs by exceeding competitor’s sales of PCs. Q1 of 2012 iPad sales were 15.4 million units and outstandingly the sales of iPads has alone exceeded HP’s worldwide PC sales of 14.7 million, Lenovo’s 12.9 million and Dell’s 11.6 million units.
Eventually this is the first time that Apple has exceeded HP in both computer unit sales and revenues, resulting it the largest computer manufacturer. The Cupertino California Company as well isn’t fazed by the attack of cheaper tablets, like the Amazon Kindle Fire. Instead, Apple asserted that it would carry on innovating like crazy on the iPad that will persist to threaten PCs.
Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple says that Apple’s belief that tablets will one day overtake PCs, quoting IDC’s latest study that revealed strong momentum with tablet sales already outshining PC sales last quarter. Furthermore, he as well emphasized that though iPad sales were having negative impact on PCs that has not indulged Mac sales.

Apple iPad: AT&T and Verizon have started selling Apple iPad through their stores; these two major carrier stores started selling Apple iPad from yesterday.
AT&T will sell all the three iPad WiFi + 3G models and Verizon will sell the iPad with WiFi and MiFi 2200 Intelligent Mobile Hotspot router. Apple iPad is available through AT&T and Verizon in three versions as 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB. The 16 GB Apple iPad is available for $629, 32 GB Apple iPad is available for $729 and Apple iPad 64 GB is available for $829.
Verizon is providing monthly data plan to its customers as $20 per month with 1GB of data, $35 per month for 3GB of date and $50 per month for 5GB of data.

Apple iTunes: App store has introduced 300,000 applications for Apple iTunes till now and all the 300,000 applications (paid and unpaid iTunes) are available for download.
The total applications of Apple iTunes are 300,975 apps and this figure was recognized by the MobClix. MobClix makes out 206,828 apps as paid iTunes and 94,147 apps as unpaid iTunes.
TrouserMac finds 334,639 apps in app store and concluded that only 278,723 apps are available for download and 55,916 apps are not available.
The major apps in app store are Books (16.8%), Games (16.6%), Entertainment (11.4%), Education (7.2%), Lifestyle (6.4%), Utilities (6%), Travel (5.9%) and Music (4%).

Apple iPad: AT&T is ready to sell the Apple iPad in their stores. AT&T will sell Apple Wi-Fi + 3G models by the end of this week. Apple and AT&T have confirmed the deal last week.
AT&T and Verizon Wireless are one of the big retail stores in United States. The Apple Wi-Fi + 3G models are available at more than 2,200 AT&T Stores and sales will start from Oct 28th, 2010. The Apple Wi-Fi + 3G models are available at $629 for 16GB, $729 for 32GB and $829 for 64GB. The domestic plans for iPad are set as $14.99 per month for 250MB and $25 per month for 2GB with no term contract.
“We look forward to expanding the reach of iPad, allowing even more customers to experience the magic of iPad for themselves,” said Tim Cook, Apple’s COO. “As we approach the holiday season, we are very happy that customers will now be able to buy iPad Wi-Fi + 3G at AT&T Stores.”
Apple offers the Apple iPad users can access 280,000 apps, and more than 30,000 iPad specific apps in 20 categories that include games, business, news, sports, health, reference and travel.

Verizon iPad: The deal was finalized between Apple and Verizon iPad to sell Apple iPad’s. The new deal between Apple and Verizon Wireless seems to cancel the AT&T exclusivity of selling Apple iPhones.
Apple made a sudden announcement on Thursday regarding the deal with Verizon wireless as Apple is in plans to increase the iPad sales in the holiday shopping season. The Apple iPad touchscreen tablet is the must-have device.
There is also news that, Verizon is in discussions with Apple to sell the Apple iPhones. Currently, Apple iPad’s and Apple iPhones are available only in the AT&T.
Three Wi-Fi models of the Apple iPad will be available in the Verizon Wireless stores from October 28. The price ranges from $629 for the 16-gigabyte (GB) iPad to $829 for the 64 GB model.
Apple has sold more than 3 million iPads in the June quarter and continued the same sale in the September quarter too. Apple is in plans to sell more than 20 million next year.
Experts believe that Apple is going to be top in sales this holiday shopping season.

Apple iPad: Now, you can buy the Apple iPad through Wal-Mart stores from this week in USA. Wal-Mart is going to sale the Apple iPad through their retail stores on Friday.
Wal-Mart confirmed that the sales of Apple iPad will start from this week through their retail stores in the USA market.
Wal-Mart said that all the models of Apple iPad are available in their stores. Currently, their sales will be in several hundred locations and later, they are in plans to increase the 2,300 stores by the end of November.
Wal-Mart target is to increase to 5,000 retails stores by the end of December.
Wal-Mart said, “We’re pleased to give customers access to one of the most sought-after consumer electronics products this year.”
Best Buy, Target and Amazon are the other stores that started the sales of Apple iPad in US market earlier.
