Acer has unveiled a fresh addition to its smartphone line-up, in the form of the Acer Liquid Express, which is Acer’s first smartphone to be equipped with an NFC (Near Field Communication technology) Chip.
According to the official reports from the Sources, the Acer Liquid Express smartphone will be landing on the Carrier’s T-Mobile and Orange UK. Further the phone will be offered as a free handset on contracts, where in T-Mobile (UK) will offer at £15.32 per month on a 24 months contract and Orange (UK) will be offered at £20.50 per month on a 24 months contract.
Acer’s THBG division, Vice-President, Allen Burnes says that as a technology of the future, NFC is a priority for Acer as it can be used for multiple purposes like transport, payment, tickets, loyalty cards, cultural information…..and that’s without having explored the thousands more applications that will follow.
Further he states that even if contactless technology has only just started spreading across the UK, it is vital for the client to take into account, future need when selecting a latest model. In a few months’ time quite a number of smartphone users, whose new smartphones don’t include NFC functionality, will have to change their mobile in order to benefit from this new technology.
Well, the Acer Liquid Express smartphone is a mid-range handset, which features a 3.5-inch HVGA screen, with a 5-megapixel camera with an LED flash, powered by a Qualcomm 7227 processor that runs at 800MHz, NFC Functionality and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
Acer Liquid Express Android phone will strike the market in 3 flavors, Titanium grey, Dark burgundy and Pearl white. Further the Acer Liquid Express includes an App SocialJogger allows you sync Twitter, Facebook, and Flickr accounts.


Moreover he states that, we are seeing a lot of clientele buying multiple Kindles, one for them and others as gifts and we guess this trend to carry on on Cyber Monday and during the holiday shopping season.
Well, during video playback the Archos Arnova 7B G2 will last up to 8 hours and 40 minutes, which is 40 minutes more than the 10 inch model in a single charge.
