iPhone 4 Issue with Reception, Glass, Screen, Camera and Reverse Volume Buttons: iPhone 4 from Apple is absolutely amazing gadget and with its sleek, shiny and glossy look makes me greedy. But when i look at the facts that iPhone 4 is facing the looks do not matter as the iPhone 4 is completely messed with lots of issues. Initially the problem started raising with the reception where the users when held the iPhone 4 at different positions the network went missing.

Later when the iPhone 4 were delivered to the users, some of the users found a yellow spot on the screen which was really weird and spoiled the real beauty of iPhone 4. The iPhone 4 was also reported with the delicate glass which got messed when dropped by some users.

Glad that there is a fix for the iPhone 4 glass now but why will anyone shell out more money once the money is spent at the precious iPhone 4 ? The other problem faced by the iPhone 4 is that the volume buttons have been reversed as the ” – ” increased the volume and the ” + ” button decreased the volume.

Google has won the copyright court case battle with Viacom. Viacom is famous for its cable channels Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and MTV and it did file a copyright case. Viacom lawsuit had an intention to bag $1 billion with its damages from Google for copyright infringements at the YouTube first two years. The rest was taken care by the U.S. District Judge Louis Stanton in New York.

The U.S. District Judge Louis Stanton sided with Google and Viacom lost the case with Google and YouTube. Google took help of the 12 year old law that protects Internet services from copyright claims as long as the content is immediately removed. Google did remove the content when notified.

The lawyer for the Center for Democracy & Technology said ” Without this decision, user-generated content would dry up and the Internet would cease to be a participatory medium”.

iPhone 4 Reception Problem: iPhone 4 Hardware Issue & Steve Jobs’s Reply: iPhone 4 is facing problems with the reception and when reported to Steve Jobs about the same, the response comes saying, ” Just don’t hold it that way then”. People who have pre ordered the iPhone 4 and shelled out $499 for the iPhone 4 are facing this reception problem and when asked whether it’s the design flaw. The reply from Steve Jobs came landing as, “Nope. Just don’t hold it that way”.

The Apple fans waited in a queue and pre ordered the iPhone 4 on the first day of its sales to get these amazing phones but once the users received the iPhone 4 and tried checking it out, the phone came out with lots of problems such as with the glass, reception, Yellow patch on the screen, Camera issue and some other problems.

Agreed that the iPhone 4 is an amazing mobile phone but it comes as a very disappointing thing that Steve Jobs responds in a rude manner stating, “Just don’t hold it that way then”.

Steve jobs even replied that in order to solve this problem the users should get a bumper case to resolve this problem. That means, users should shell out more money to get a bumper case to solve the iPhone 4 reception problem.
